Well, bought a smart tv last year and after 8 months it’s broken. Took it to be repaired on the 27th of May (still in the Garantie) and until today it’s not ready. You guys claim 21 days, right? Went back to the shop where i was promised to have an answer next day. 2 days are gone and no email from them. Called their costumer services and a very unfriendly lady hang up on me just because she couldn’t find my surname in their system. Funny fact, i have called them like 5 times and my name was always found.
Its a shame that you look into Ausbildungs before employ someone but not about what happens in that department after. The audacity of someone hanging up on a client for no reason must, unfortunately, be a current problem.

Awful upon entry I was avccosted by a person who was signing up people to join “SKY” I was not interested in signing up an kept on going to purchase a microphone this guy Grabbed me and tried to yank me down the escalator I was stronger and pulled away

the cashier, a woman, yelled “STOP!!!” at me, because i was simply trying to walk around my wife who was paying for our items. I legit got the impression, this cashier thought i was stealing the item which my wife and i, JUST PAID FOR. i am black, and i will never go back there. great customer service i tell you. if i could, i would give it -5 stars.
