The most dissatisfying Media Markt I ever visited. In the first place it’s too small, too crowded but doesn’t offer any customer experience at all. It’s a convenience store and you like to buy some mide of the road products, you can. Don’t expect any surprises. Don’t expect knowledge of products. Do expect a supermarket for electronic products.
Extremely bad customer service. They have no idea about their services. Good thing is that we have Amazon and they know how to treat people. Media Kaka not even deserve one star. I will definitely never buy anything there again.
Nice store typical Media Market. The same products are cheaper in Germany than in The Netherlands so easily worth the trip for large items
