Just purchased an “Apple” product in apple packaging and it didn’t prompt when connected. Upon doing some research I discovered that the wallet was a counterfeit! It is not an apple product. Apple doesn’t sell Saddle Brown but apparently MediaMarkt does. Apple’s official brown wallet is Golden Brown. ALSO upon using magnetic film it’s clear to see that the FAKE wallet’s magnet pattern is completely different than the Apple Official’s magnet’s pattern. Suffice to say, this is the second “Apple” counterfeit product I’ll be returning. I’m not sure who’s in charge of quality control but this really needs to be investigated because it’s clear someone is skimming off the top.

I typically prefer Saturn for more options but when i look online to see if this media markt has what Im looking for, this is where I come because the customer service has been so great. They take the time to explain products and give me their honest opinion? Who does that anymore in sales?! Also you can become a member which I highly recommend as this helps if you have to return anything as they keep record of your items. Of all the places its easiest to come here, free parking, get a cart and transport your goods back to your car. Staff has been really great for purchases, returns and researching products.

We had to buy a DSL modem. 2 times they said they will help and 2 times they have chosen incompatible model so now I have dsl modem in my company that is useless for me. It is as useless as the customer service here. (The cashier were good tho)
