I went there to buy a new computer mouse; it took me a good 30 minutes of my time to pick out the product I wanted; in the end I chose a HAMA product marked 18.99 with two items in stock. No personeI offered to help me in my purchase although I was there awhile (which is okay for me because I prefer to shop alone and ask for help when in need of advise). I get to the register and the product rings up 33.99. I tell the cashier that the product was displayed at 18.99 and she apologies and says only the department employee can verify that and sends me back to search out one of their employees. I find a stockgirl near the display where I chose my (hopeful) purchase and asked her to verify the price. She looks at the item code and verifies that the product was improperly shelved and offers an apology that the price at the cashier is the actual price. She searches for the proper display item and promptly finds nothing to match; neither the proper pricing nor the item for the original 18.99 pricetag and, in the moment, just shrugs it off.

The employees were nice enough and fulfilled their jobs to the basic quality of dealing with a mistake but I wouldn’t say I left a happy customer. I would have liked to have been offered my chosen product at the displayed price, but I wasn’t about to ask for such an action because it would have undoubtably been drawn out into an ordeal not worth the savings. In closing, I am disappointed in the standard of Customer Care Proticol and Service along-side Store Maintence with my local Media Markt at Tempelhofer Hafen.

Beware, looks to me like the quarantine time delivery scam to get rid if the broken items.My package came in broken to pieces, already used. The return page on the website doesn’t work, so I immediately contacted them by email asking for a return label to print + a refund. They answered first, but then disappeared once I insisted on the return. For two weeks no news from them, when I wrote one more email they demanded it to be in German. Apparently they don’t serve the customers in other languages. Bad company with ugly practices.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, never felt like this in my entire life, I was visiting Berlin from North America and decided to get a simple SIM card, the staff had no idea what I was asking for , I felt like everyone was ignorant there , their management really need some training and should improve their customer service skills on their staff , atleast workers at McDonalds are much better at their Job , if you don’t like your job PLEASE QUIT
