Very bad experience. Very Unfriendly staff. Even they don’t want to explain the product details and asseries neeaded for the product. Recently I purchased iPhone and and I ask the seller regarding the charger, he just give me a charger box and told me time is over just pay it off and go out. The charger Paket doesn’t have any cable, can you please explain how can I use charger with out cable? Its funny.
Just coming from this store. The customer service is terrible. I wanted to buy Microsoft Surface Book 2 for my 3 employees, I approached a customer service agent and said “Hi”. The response was “I have a client, I don’t have time for you” with a loud and rude manner. I just left the store, heading to Saturn now. Be kind to your customers.
It was good. Lot of variety in electronic goods and also good discounts on things. There is small potato fries shop outside and lot of parking space. The nearest train stop is Altenessen which is 1 km away so you have to walk a bit if not coming by car.
