Das Display von meinem Handy war kaputt. Im Laden konnte zugig eine Diagnose gestellt werden. Kompetente und ausfuhrliche Beratung. Das Ersatzteil konnte gleich bestellt werden. Ausserdem wurde mir kostenlos ein Ersatzhandy zur Verfugung gestellt. Erfolgreiche Reparatur nach 48 h (wobei das nur an der zu spaten Lieferung des Ersatzteils durch die Post lag). Danach konnte ich mein Handy gleich wieder abholen. Super Service!

Ich habe wegen eines Backcoveraustausch bei meinem Samsung M51 angerufen. Das Ersatzteil habe ich selbst mitgebracht. Ich konnte sofort kommen und es wurde innerhalb von 30min gewechselt.
