Awful service and very rude. My laptop broke to they looked at it and said it’s the motherboard and laptop isn’t fixable. So rather than losing hundreds of sentimental pictures I asked for a data transfer. So the guy transferred everything onto an external hard drive but has took my old one out without my permission and now hasn’t got it. And photos albums from old hard drive are missing! Pictures of my daughter from birth right up til now.. lost. Absolutely fuming.
***EDIT*** I have paperwork proving you fixed my laptop other reviews? Suspicious? Care to elaborate? I think I’ve only ever left 1 review on another business but that was ages ago. Don’t worry I’ll be coming into the shop with relevant paperwork signed by yourself. In the mean time you better find my hard drive that you took without my permission otherwise I’m reporting you for theft and I will take it further.

I took my old laptop in as it had been damaged where you connect the charger. Brian checked it over for my at no charge as he was unable to fix it – the motherboard had died!
He did manage to get me a replacement laptop immediately and at a very reasonable cost. He also set it up for me and put on the Microsoft software. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be using in the future.
Would recommend to anyone with laptop issues or wanting to purchase a new one.

When my apple watch stopped working they happily replaced the battery for me. The next day it done the same thing and was draining. I took it back and they were most helpful and said they would try another battery and also get another new part that it may be for me free of charge! Couldn’t fault them and my watch has been perfect since! Would definitely recommend for the helpfulness, how efficient they were and they were knowledgeable and friendly too!
