Avoid at all costs if you are not in a hurry. The physical store does not reimburse your money if you have a defective product or if you just don’t like it and give it back after a few days, they just force you to take a replacement product. Buy better online.

Also, they don’t have a great variety if products, and the cheap good quality alternatives are never here, as they privilege their our cheap brands (for example, in SSD they do not have Crucial because it competes with the Intenso brand they sell).

EDIT AFTER ANSWER FROM THE COMPANY: What the answer said is just not true. The personel told me I couldn’t receive the money back in either of the products I wanted to give back. One of them failed (a pendrive) after one use; the other one was a USB earphone that was not as good as I expected (or maybe it also had a defect). I brought both products back with the receipt no more than 10 days after I bought them. For the pendrive they plainly denied giving me the money back and forced me to get a new one pf the same model; for the earphone they said it was a “hygienic product” and that because of that the reimbursement policies did not apply, because they could not sell it back again. I asked what happened if it was also defective (as part of the problem I found was that the music interrupted constantly while I was using it) and they said that in that case they would switch it for another one, but that receiving back the money was not possible because of company policies.

Either the online answer or the one they gave in the store is not true, then.

They do not have 14 days return like MediaMarkt has. I would not advise to buy anything from here next Time . I am international student in Germany . I have worse experience of my life here . I buy many things from here but today one their employe , I am not hesitate to ask his name . His name is { Both } he is talking with us very rudely and loudly in front of many people . everyone laughing on me and my friend . We feel very uncomfortable in front of people . So , i suggest to everyone don’t visit in medimax . Specially international student who don’t speak German

It was the very first time to purchase an item with a credit system exist in stores. Mr. Kuhn has really helped us a lot, while we were not enough to understand German. He gave a lot of his time, explained each screen during applying for the credit, etc.

Also, the delivery process was quite nice and they informed us about devices and needs as well.

For sure this will not be the last time to buy something at this store!
