This is the first negative review I’ve felt compelled to write since 2022, and unfortunately, it’s warranted.

This electronic store is the epitome of disappointment.The staff’s incompetence is staggering.
I shudder to think how they’d behave if they were even remotely competent.

Today, I purchased an external drive at 13:55. Upon arriving home and attempting to use it, it became glaringly obvious that it was defective.

Returning to the store via train, I was met with resistance as they flatly refused to accept the faulty item, despite acknowledging its defectiveness.(I had/have recipts and there is no external damage of the device)

After a futile attempt to reason with the staff, even demonstrating the issue to one of them, I was met with nothing but excuses, citing company policy

Contacting the police only yielded confirmation of their policy and the unhelpful suggestion of pressing charges.

While the monetary loss of 69.99 may seem trivial, it’s the principle of the matter that’s truly disheartening. Imagine it being someone’s EUR2000 pc , knowing someone idiotic mood can change the outcome of your hardly worked cash.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing anything from this establishment that has the slightest chance of being defective.

Learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere.Thank you for taking the time to heed my warning.

Medimax, the dream store

This is my second visit of Medimax store in a week and i believe all medimax stores are same.Very rude sellers very rude customer service and very racist.They dont even bother to answer your questions and acting very racist.Not just one but all sellers ignored me in both stores when they figured out that I am foreigner.They dont even bother to answer and check you and not because of the language but they just dont like foreigners.so please dont waist your time to visit here.The other stores like saturn or medimark are really nice and helpfull bot not this.I waisted two metro tickets and time for these awfull stores in berlin.

I was a return customer and I am never returning again. Twice in 6 years I had to return a defective product. Both times I was treated like a criminal. One woman told me I shouldn’t be there because “headphones should be replaced every six months anyway” (!?) and the man who served me more recently was rude, sarcastic and was trying very hard to intimidate me out of requesting a replacement product. This treatment of customers is exactly what sends people to AMAZON. I can return anything there within warranty without fear or having to beg and persuade the staff to do their job! Never again.
