This shop is alright if you need to buy very standard electronics a phone, cable , TV, movie or game. But if you are looking for something more specialised like PC parts they can not serve you being very basic components like a hard drive (also at a somewhat exorbatent price).
But for your everyday need you’ll be covered here. the staff for the most part is friendly and usually does not pressure you into a purchase which is common in other shops. For that alone I believe 4 starts is a acceptable rating. I hope they expand their selection in the PC hardware department but I understand that this is not a main focus of the shop.

Edit. Staff is some times unorganised and has taken to smoking in the storage are or back office with the result of a stale old cigarette smell in one halve if the shop. Had to drop a star for that .

As much as you like to claim the smell of the cigarettes is coming from the main entrants it is not true. Your shop smells of cold cigarettes by the videogames section (specifically the Nintendo switch games) also where a door to your offices and presumably storage is located. This means it is the furthest possible point from the entrance to Real. meaning the smell is extremely unlikely to having originated from the main entrance.
But lets entertain the idea of the smell having originated by the main entrance. This would make the smell more dominant at the main door and Till this is not the case the smell is isolated to the back door.

Now even if the smell was not your fault it would have been nice to hear that you where sorry for the inconvenience and where working on finding a way to reduce it permeating from the mystical realm it has originated from.
Own up to your bad practices tell your staff to stop smoking in the back. don’t make up excuses. this has also not been a isolated incident this smell ist present nearly every time and it has been keeping me from visiting your store.

I would like to see you do better, but you have just shown that you have no interest in doing so. as a result I will be reducing my rating by another star and I hope that other customers will do the same. As you have made it very obvious that you care very little about your customers.

Staff can never help you as they barely know their products. Also it is undoubtedly that the employees are smoking in the storage/warehouse as the smell next to the video game section, where the doors to the storage are, is really intense.

Professional employees, good items but no much choices..
