None of the << display ports >> of the video card I bought with my config worked. I sent it back and was told by Megaport that the card was working fine on their end. When I received it back, the problem persisted so I asked if it would be possible to simply replace it, but they refused. I was asked to send the whole PC in Germany so that they can pinpoint the issue, which was quite inconvenient and took me a while considering I wanted to be sure that the packing would be protective enough. When I received it back this time, everything was working. I noticed they actually changed the model of the video card for something equivalent.

I had to ask for a compensation, considering the precious time I had lost because of this faulty card. The Megaport customer service then told me that actually they already had changed the card the first time I sent it but that they had not told me, which, even if it was true, changed nothing to my issue since this so called “new card” had the same issue than the first one. They apologized for it and offered a 50 euros compensation for sending me wrong information. Once again, this never changed anything to my issue, I was still not able to use the computer I bought months ago.

I requested the full refund for the video card, which was denied.

Megaport sold me a faulty component, made me lose months of work with my new PC. They then came up with a story that was both not true and changed nothing to my issue, issue that according to them was worth 50 euros.

Don’t waste time and money, buy your PC somewhere else.

Ordered a custom computer for my son’s Christmas present and he is so happy with it! Great quality, good communication with the team, fast response and the delivery arrived just in time for Xmas! Great all round.
We had a slight incident on Christmas day with the side glass panel, this didn’t affect the computer at all as it’s just a protective cover. However, customer service have been amazing and have agreed to send us a replacement panel free of charge. Would definitely recommend!
