This is the first time I have used Mega Tech but I’ll definitely be back again. I needed a phone unlocked in order to change the network it was on. The staff in the shop was very helpful and told me my phone would be unlocked within 24 hours and I also didn’t have to leave the phone with them.
I came back to the store the next day and within a few minutes the phone was unlocked and on the network I requested.

I don’t usually write reviews on places, but I was really impressed. Brilliant service from these guys yesterday. I went in for a charger doc repair on my iPhone, and they not only tested my battery just to make sure, they gave me a fresh battery as well as my repair. My iPhone feels brand new!
Hopefully I’ll be a bit more careful with my phone now, but if not, I know where I’ll be going for my repairs!
Have been using this shop since my iPhone 6 was dropped in water. Took it to 3 other shops who said it was dead, after recommendation I went to mega tech who fixed my water damage phone for PS40. I was soo happy with the expert quality of work done by these guys. I will always recommend this shop to everyone. Very good customer service and products
