Fantastic and pleasant service from the manager and his team. Needed and new koodo phone plan for me and my wife. Service was professional & effective. Team, especially manager, was patient, attentive to detail and took the time necessary. They fixed/cleaned my charging phone jack and even transferred all my contacts and pics from an old phone to my new one. Manager was extremely knowledgeable about phones and how the koodo system works.

We headed to this store primarily because there was parking. We were greeted and served by Sam. He was extremely efficient, very kind and super helpful. He spent a long time with us making sure my father understood his plan and helped him set up his phone. Highly recommend this location, great team work and amazing energy.
