Although I have used computers for many years, I am clueless about security such as what antivirus to use etc. Having purchased a new computer, I also needed assistance to ensure that I was save on-line and that everything was set up correctly with Microsoft. I contacted Mel’s Computer Care who were extremely professional and knowledgeable taking me through the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Mel identified the issue with my internet connection right away and as he was showing me, it allowed me to expand my basic IT knowledge for future reference. Such a nice gent and very welcoming and happy to support. Mel let me in on a bank holiday when he wasn’t even working. Don’t assume he will do this every time though, as we all need our rest!
I needed a new laptop with a large memory as my old one was full. Mel’s shop provided it and installed everything I wanted. Someone from the shop came to my house and set it all up and showed me how to work it. I can’t thank them enough for their friendly, helpful and efficient service – far better than going to a chain-store.
