Fantastic experience at this store. I went in just to try my luck at using the Price Beat guarantee on a GPU that was on sale elsewhere, even though I was doubtful they would be willing to do it for an in-store exclusive price. The guy that helped me out said that even though the in-store exclusive made things a bit more tricky, it was within his authority to allow the Price Beat. I ended up getting the item with the advertised further 10% off the difference with a very straightforward check-out process.

All the staff working here were very friendly and helpful, and it was clear from watching them help other customers that they’re very knowledgeable about PC parts. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Memory Express, and I will certainly be returning here in the future!

Just a really great store. Their repair techs are knowledgeable, and they always have a pretty good stock (and always seem to have some sale or another running, to boot!).

I recently had an issue with a stuck GPU (embarrassing, I know), and they helped out without making fun of me, or making me feel as stupid as I already felt from making the mistake. So, yeah, really awesome store. Absolutely recommended.

I come here for sales on new components or small parts to get my electronics working and the staff is approachable and friendly. They are reasonable on price matches and you don’t feel like you are getting ripped off when asking for recommendations or confirmations on products.
