This is the worst store I have ever been to.

I first came here a week ago because my PC was not working properly, and one of their technicians told me that it was because of the broken fan, so they charged me one hour labor fee and a new fan. So I came back a day later to pick up my PC, but I found that my PC still did not work properly. Then they told me that it was because of the system, so they charged me another two hours labor fee and told me to pick it up the next day. But when I came back the third time, they told me that they found a new problem that needed to be fixed, but no one called me in advance. I drove an hour from my home to this store, I spent my money, my time, and my gas, and I still did not get a working PC.

I have never felt so disappointed and angry, I do not recommend anyone to come here, the staff here is completely unprofessional, they just want to get more money from your pocket and waste your time!!!

I was assisted by Christopher H, who is a fantastic sales associate! I came in with speed and performances issues on the laptop I use for my work, and he was able to give clear and helpful responses.

He provided me with solutions, and ultimately I was able to feel confident in a purchase I had been wanting to make for a while – getting a desktop PC. This fits my current professional needs, and I did not at any time feel like I was upsold or pushed into making this decision. He educated me on options that fit within my budget, and I was able to walk away with one of their custom pre-built (but fully customizable) PC’s. If I had wanted another option, or to build one myself, I am fully confident that I would have been given the proper direction.

He is friendly, and has a calm and approachable customer service demeanor. I really recommend Memory Express and Christopher H for your computer needs!

Went in to 100% buy a laptop, walked through their selection, read every option and detail. Looked over to the sales counter and customer service counter which had about 14 idle employees between them, lots of stares back but no one made a move to help me. Left after half an hour and got a laptop at costco. I understand they have a sales line your supposed to wait in, but there were about 3 customers in the store and well over a dozen employees. If the principle here is to make me come to you even in this situation… well I guess they can chalk it into the win column
