Absolutely fantastic!! I can’t rate them highly enough.
I thought I’d bricked my iPad after I forgot the passcode and couldn’t get it to reset using my PC. I sent an e-mail off to these guys and they got back to me quickly, assured me they could reset it, double checked I had all the information I needed, and arranged collection and delivery for me.
Literally the same day they received it they were in touch letting me know it arrived safely and was being reset. The VERY NEXT DAY it was back in my hands, good as new!! They didn’t even charge me!!
HIGHLY recommended. Friendly, approachable, great communication and super super awesome to deal with! 10/10 would trust with my devices again.

Dropped off my iPad at 09:00 for battery to be replaced at a very reasonable price expecting it to take two or three days. I received a call at 12:30 the same day to say it was all done. Top service by a top team one of whom went above and beyond to ensure I could drop off iPad at time promised. Thank you Rich and team, 5 stars well deserved
I called ahead and was given a quote for phone casing repair and options to drop off or have it collected as necessary. When I did pop in at 9am Finn was very helpful and patient and had repaired phone ready with new case with a screen protector on before 1 pm as promised. Would definitely recommend
