Worst store!!! They only sell broken phones!
Phone stop working after 4 weeks !

What a lie! I’ve had the phone for 4 weeks and a few days where your “WARRANTY” is valid for 30 days, funny! There was no broken screen on the phone! The phone has had a case and screen protector since the day I bought it. Face ID and Apple Pay did not work properly in the phone, after adding the card to the wallet, the phone began to freeze and then I had to reset it again 3/4 times a day! It didn’t happen before because the phone wasn’t used that much after my girlfriend bought a new one and I took this one and started using apple pay the phone started to freeze!!!! LIES LIES LIES!!! No reaction from the shop owner, the only thing he could suggest was a repair for which I would have to pay, not only did he sell me a broken phone, but then he thought that he would fix it and pay him. ONLY IN THE SERVICE THEY SAID THAT Face ID and apple pay didn’t work on the phone from the very beginning!!! and yet none of you informed me about it before buying! Do you check your phones that well? I just DON’T RECOMMEND IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE MONEY 😉

I dropped my iphone 13 while hangout with friends last night, the screen was fall in two parts. I took to Merthyr phones . The guy in shop was very helpful. He repaired my phone within 1 hour. I am very pleased from MERTHYR PHONES. I recommend to everyone to visit there thanks.

Said my moto g60s smart phone was only worth PS40 (bought PS219 new) as it wasn’t a popular brand like Samsung or iPhone yet its in their window for PS135,total rip off.Beware selling to them for cash,there is no reciept or papers signed etc.
