awful service. the first time came in to fix my charging port as it was not charging, he took PS35 & did not fix it. i had to come in again to take my money back but he refused and said he’d fix my charging port and give me a one year guarantee. however within two days of him “fixing” my charging port it broke again so i came back loads of other times but he wasn’t there, then i came in yesterday and asked for my charging port to be fixed as he gave us a year guarantee. and he claims to have never gaven us that. so i went to the shop right next to him and he fixed it & said that the charging port he put in my phone was fake and not original i do not recommend going in there it’s honestly a big scam!! awful customer service aswelll!

Came in for a new phone case for my IPhone 11, the case I bought was PS15, which is fine as I was willing to go big for a phone case that I would never have to replace. It was a see through one that I was looking for, the man showed me to one that looked good at the start, only for me to realise as I was leaving the shop it was too big for my phone. It was supposed to be for the 11, however I could feel my phone moving around in the case. Aswell as this, I was unable to turn on or off my phone as the button on the case was nowhere near the phones button

They replaced the screen on my phone which would be good if it wasn’t for the fact I can smell the E6000 they used to glue the screen in without putting it in properly so there is a good 2mm gap down the side of my phone and didn’t even clean up their work so my phone has glue on it along with the fact I now have dead pixels at the top of my screen. They charged me PS80 to literally glue a screen to my phone without making sure it was in properly, worked fully and leave glue on my phone.
