Completely useless. I came in with a technical problem (computer wouldn’t boot). All they would accept to do was send away my computer to Montreal which would take more than a week. They didn’t take the time to look at the model number on my computer and tell me that it was a version that had been recalled and would be repaired for free. They refused to help me get my files off the hard drive and in fact were surprised when I told them that it was possible without booting the computer and that all I needed was the right cable and another mac. When I asked to use a computer in their store to do it myself, they refused.

I went to the co-op at the Universite de Sherbrooke and had everything fixed in two days. It was like night and day.

i have faced problem with apple about my Apple thunderbolt display and i spent more than 4 hours on phone with apple customer service to solve the problem but they could not. then i came to micro boutique (more specificlly to Yansen Richer Lebrun) and he investigate the problem in less than 5 minutes. Thank you very much Yansen, you are really smart.

not the most knowledgable stuff. asked for thunderbolt 3 cable and was suggested 2 metre usb-c charging cable. Pro is they do carry these more “obscure” apple accessories.
