Great company. Used laptop arrived looking like new. Easy set up. Minor issue with the internal batteries, showing fine on arrival but then went dead, which I believe is a known Lenovo battery issue and can’t be predicted. Micro Dream sent detailed and easy instructions for me to do a diagnostic on the batteries which confirmed their failure. They then sent two new batteries and easy instructions on how to change them if I felt able, which I was. Saved the option of a return.
Fantastic service. Second laptop I have bought from them. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have purchased three computers from this supplier for use by a charity that I manage. In each case, the items have been supplied quickly and efficiently, and have been of great quality. Not only that, but the prices have been WAY cheaper than buying new, plus we feel proud that we have “re-used” and done out bit to help reduce the environmental impact of what we do by going down the refurbished route. I wouldn’t have any hesitation about buying from this supplier again.

Quality refurbished tech is not that easy to get hold of at the right price. Couple that with outstanding service, delivery and after sales support can be like searching for a unicorn! BUT its all here in bucket fulls. Been using them for the last few years and have yet to be disappointed. From laptops, desktops and tablets they have the lot with regular stock updates, not to even mention 36 month RTB on most items (not like I’ve used it) if you need it.
