Extremely bad customerservice and behavior. The owner of the shop is very impatient and did not allow me to ask any question about the problem with my computer or about the payment methods and prices. He almost kicked me out of the store so I wouldn’t bore him. He didn’t have time to talk to me and explain me what’s wrong. As a client, I have the right to know what is wrong with my computer. And the owner lied to me that he wouldn’t be working for the next three days, and I see online that he’s still working until today, even though it’s a public holiday. He doesn’t know that we are paying for his services and not that he is insulting us. Maybe he doesn’t need the new customers.?

Himalaya is an absolute genius! The charge controller on the logic board of my MacBook is broken thus I couldn’t charge it anymore. I needed access to my data though because I forgot to make backup. I went to another repair service before and after 2 weeks waiting they told me there’s nothing they could do for me. Then I came to Himalaya and after a few days of studying he figured out a way to ,,jump start” my MacBook and get access to all my data. He is an absolute champion in his expertise and I can highly recommend him. I’m so grateful for what he has done for me, it’s even hard to find words for it. Thank you so much!

Don’t usually write reviews but had to leave 5 stars for Himalaya. Very knowledgable, very prompt and clearly cares. I love my 8 year old laptop and was devastated when Apple quoted me over $1000 to resuscitate it after it suddenly stopped turning on. I took my laptop to Himalaya as a last resort and so glad I did! Now my Laptop runs like a dream again and it was incredibly affordable. Thank you Himalaya you are honestly a life saver, I would not have my laptop if it wasn’t for you! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
