One little but important point I would suggest is to stop asking for a device passcode. I understand they want to check if the screen works before reassembling the device but there are lockscreen actions that can be done to verify this. (Like opening the control / notification center) They politely asked for mine, I refused providing it so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Didn’t affect my overall experience but kinda made me question the trust and security for a second.

This place is so great! I broke one of the camera lenses on my phone and needed to have it fixed. I brought my phone to Apple and was told the only option was to replace the entire backside of my phone which would cost $650. I asked if there was any way to just change out the camera for a lower cost and they said no. I was recommended Micro-Techno by my brother so I took my phone there instead in the hopes of not having to spend so much. Everyone there was super kind and helpful and replaced my camera for $150! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service! I took my Samsung S22 in to have the charging port repaired and was very satisfied with the experience. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and the repair was extremely quick. With an appointment, everything went much better than I expected. I highly recommend this place 100%.
