I highly recommend Bhav and his business, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with our slow performing Mac desktop computer. Bhav was great at calling me and following up (without being annoying or too persistent) when I was too busy to get back to him so it was refreshing that I as the customer didn’t have to chase them. He was completely transparent with all of our options and pricing and gave us options and ways to save money like we could do our own back up or they could do that for us for X cost. Likewise he gave the option of them picking up the computer for a small fee or us dropping it off to save money. In the end he had a job in our area and didn’t even charge us to collect it. All costs were very reasonable and explained in detail. We are also extremely happy with the outcome of the repair and our Mac is nice and speedy again. In addition, following our repair I had an issue trying to download some software for my sons new LeapFrog computer (unrelated to our fixed issue) and Bhav was kind enough to try and help me resolve the issue over the phone. Honestly can’t recommend their customer service enough, hence why I am taking the time to give a review as it is getting harder to come by these days! Thanks again!

I found Microcheap via the web and dropped off two MacBook Pros to see if they were repairable. Yes, they were able to be repaired and yes, they were. And very quickly and remarkably inexpensively. Top quality work in surprisingly little time and with an excellent approach to customer service.
