I have 2 reviews here now. I don’t know how to add another on so editing this one – My mum also had her computer fixed here. Once again – GREAT service with professional workmanship. Took my computer to another “fixit” place first who did absolutely nothing (stating they couldn’t find the part they needed) and charged me up front for it! Microfix gave me a price, sourced the part, ordered 2 and fixed it beautifully (charging me 1 total price). Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I dropped in a faulty Samsung tablet on Tuesday am was told $20 and we will call you this afternoon with a cost to repair. After numerous calls and one week later I called in to pick it up and write off the $20. Was told sorry it’s in pieces you will have to come back later and by the way we cracked the screen. I recommend not using these people as in my opinion they are so unprofessional.
I’ve had a few repairs done by Microfix over the years. Michael is a really genuine person. He repaired my keyboard quickly and charged a good price for his time. It was a fiddly fix which I spent a few hours trying to do myself without success. I would totally recommend. Adtech Computers were not interested in helping.
