A professional and efficient service. I went to see if data could be restored from a USB storage device after I accidentally deleted it. The restore was partly successful, and the man who helped me also checked my other devices (where I thought I’d transferred the data to before deleting it off the USB) to see if he could restore it that way. Nothing was too much trouble.

The man who helped me was friendly and professional and he everything was explained to me (as a non tech person).

What a fantastic shop and a straight forward experience, Peter was very informative about my battery replacement for my Xperia 1 II and the battery arrived from Germany within 2-3 days and installation was done in 2 hours. The battery performance seems improved since removing the old one, although my android battery health menu is still showing that the battery is bad but I guess that’s nothing to do with the new one and may change in time… I will definitely come here again for a future repair

Went with my phone which was not charging, prepared I will have to replace the socket and spend a lot!
Anyone could take the opportunity to take phone for couple of hours so it can be fixed, then charge loads for doing so.

Peter has been honest and fixed it whilst I was waiting, without replacing any parts.
