Called in last week with a broken tv (screen had gone) micro tech diagnosed it and gave me some great advise regarding returning it to store with my report and what to say…result…the store gave me 75% of the cost of the tv back towards a new one which was PS300 (I originally paid PS400) and they also paid for the report even though my tv was 20 months old and 8 months over its warranty period! Top guys top service and a satisfactory outcome for myself, all sorted within a week! Really helpful gents who went out of their way to advise and contact me,
Superb Service!!! I would recommend to anybody with TV troubles. I found Moore through eBay and he greatly helped me when I had exhausted all other options.

Took my tv Samsung curve down, took to a few tv repair shops before hand and was getting rejected because they didn’t know how to do it. Was recommended Microtech from one of my friends. Solved my issue within a week, Mo was very respectful even offered to grab me a drink when going to the shop. Little things always go a long way
