Best Phone Repair Shop in Manchester (don’t take my word for it – try them out).

As most people know, phones break/get viruses etc. I’ve been to a few shops in Manchester and have always been quite disappointed with most of them: unprofessional, insincere and just not that good at getting the phone fixed. After researching different shops online, I decided to try out Mighty Micro as they seemed to have good reviews. It is a bit out of the way for me but I’m so glad I go here now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve also purchased laptop cables and phone chargers from them and yes, they aren’t cheap but I trust that they are genuine and won’t burn my house down when I’m asleep. Why do I trust them? Because there are numerous signs in the shop saying so and they personally recommend so. Their business is not worth going bust by telling porkies in order to make a few extra quid on their cables as you can tell that they take pride in their reputation.

My phone was repaired in a reasonable time, there was clear communication on when it would be ready and they were extremely professional, had wonderful customer service, they took their time to explain everything and I even got a 30day guarantee.

Highly recommend anyone to give them a try if, like me, you are tired of the other numerous phone/computer repair shops in Manchester working as clowns. Thank you guys!

Shocking. Fixed my phone quickly and at a standard price of PS60 for a screen repair, lovely guys most of them and put on my glass screen protector.

However, I took it back once because the phone would not black out when I put it to my ear therefore it was overheating and I was pressing buttons whilst on the phone, now I have noticed when I am on FaceTime they have messed with the rotation as I am upside down, thirdly the screen is loose on one side and after taking it back the black out sensor is once again not working whilst on the phone. I have taken it back once but one of the men was very rude. I have 60 days warranty but I don’t recommend taking your phone here to be fixed.

Went in with a broken printer last week and the staff were upfront and honest about the potential cost of repair. I decided as the printer was a few years old that it wasn’t worth bothering and enquired about a new one. The young man who served me was knowledgeable and helped identify my needs and choose the right printer accordingly. It was refreshing to get service that genuinely seemed to want to help me rather than sell to me. I was then reassured that if I had any issues with my new printer that I could come back here to get them sorted out. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning here for all my computer and printer based needs.
