I am very disappointed with the service I received from Miki Wireless. I bought a phone from them, thinking it was a reputable store, but I was wrong. The front screen of my phone became loose and fell off, even though it was still working. When I brought it to the store, they blamed me for the problem and called me a liar and a “piece of $%!+”. This was very rude and unprofessional of them.

I took my phone to another repair shop, where they fixed the screen and replaced a missing screw. They told me that the previous technician had done a poor job and caused the screen to come loose. They also said that it was not my fault that the screen fell off.

I am very unhappy with this experience. I wasted my time and money on a faulty product and received no satisfaction from the store owner. He was disrespectful and dishonest to me. He should be ashamed of himself.

I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy or repair their phone. They are incompetent and dishonest. They do not care about their customers or their products.

I went into this store Aug 8/24 very distraught my phone was stolen I needed another one I have to be repaired. I’m in a wheelchair and need it medically. This guy can’t fix it till Aug 12/24 and I need one immediately. I end up buying what he said was a new phone (I could only afford a cheap one) so with the sim just $158. Yes it will do everything I need. WRONG!!! IT’S A 5 YEAR OLD 10gb Androud7!!!!CAN’T EVEN LOAD MY NECESSARY APPS. Said I had a 30 day warranty. No charger box nothing because they don’t come with it. I read the warranty NO REFUNDS!!!! HE TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I’M DISABLED!!! ROBBED FOR THE 2ND TIME THAT DAY!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR THIS SLICK SALESMAN!!! DISGUSTING DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

The owner and basically main employee (think it’s his wife assisting at times) is a really great help and very fair. He will help with any questions you have and purchasing products from him he gives fair prices and backs his products for first month. If your unlocked phone you purchased ends up not, he will fix or replace it for you immediately. Always nice and inviting to all patrons entering store and great hours to get all your cellular needs handled with fair prices and quality service.
