Inquired via this business’ Whatsapp listed on their website about replacing the HDMI chip in my PS3 (which by the way despite it being old, services are still offered for it by other businesses to this day) and was met with a pretty rude and unprofessional voice message response that said these exact words “are you saying ps3 or ps5? no one does ps3, ps3 is like 10,000 years old” followed by what sounded a bit like a raspberry at the end (uncertain though), when literally all he had to say was “Sorry, we don’t do repairs for PS3s” Bang up job repelling me from your business, friend 🙂

Took in a phone, advised they’d order the screen it’d be ready later, returned apparently screen hadn’t arrived so would now be tomorrow. Following day again still waiting then apparently the wrong screen delivered however they could fit a more expensive screen!!!!

Rude and not even slightly willing to work to resolve the issue, fitted the expensive screen I told them to remove this as this wasn’t the agreed screen. Took it elsewhere new screen fitted within half hour. Certainly won’t use this shop again. I had to keep chasing them as not once did they attempt to keep me updated

Fantastic rates and excellent service! Excellent staff and a pleasure to see every time. This is the store I suggest if you’re having issues with your gadget or would like to get a new one. They satisfy me, and I can assure you that they will as well!
