The Mind The Mac team are brilliant and I recommend them highly without any hesitation. I have used them a few times in recent months – for replacing my laptop battery, a cracked screen on my iPad. And only yesterday they saved me from a crisis after a water spill on my laptop which then stopped working. I needed it repaired urgently for work, and they did it in a few hours – life saving! I am ignorant of the technology and panic when things go wrong, but they are always patient, pleasant, and never patronising. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the great expertise they offer.
Would NOT TRUST AT ALL! I sent in my macbook in for repair and accidently lost the receipt. They then claimed they had never received it as I didn’t have the receipt. I had used them several times before as well so I was a loyal customer. They did not even try and help locate the laptop at all. As it would have had my screensaver on it and just replied with ‘it’s probably be recycled now’ NOT GOOD ENOUGH, no help at all and no macbook. SHOCKING!!!
had a pleasure of using Mind The Mac service and for once I am happy to say that they are truly professional, really fast, and a great help! I had two Mac books one 15 y.o running really slow second with a broken screen.
Both laptops were repaired within 24 hours, one one the same day, for a reasonable price.
