Ok ok, I saw a lot of people saying this company it’s not good. I didn’t followed that reviews, because always the truth it’s in the middle somewhere.

My experience? I can say was PERFECT!

Exactly what I ordered, fast shipping.

I even asked them on WhatsApp number, when I will receive my products, I received the answer in couple of hours.

I build myself the Gaming PC, with the parts from Mindfactory. Everything works.

Ordered a new pc for my cousin abroad, because he could not get a decent one from over there. I decided to do it at Mindfactory. Great prices and great customer service. I had to drive 2 hours from the Netherlands to Germany to pick up my PC components. It’s a shame they don’t ship to other countries anymore, but I don’t regret the trip.
10/10 will definitely buy again.

First delivery contained different products, second time a used and defect product was shipped. This took us 4 months and still have nothing. Requested a refund but that didnt include shipping costs.

Overal friendly service, shame they ship wrong and used products. And just partially refund.
