I went in there before lunch today with my busted up iPhone 12 screen, just to get a quote so I could compare it to the good old Apple Store Geek Squad (which I was terrified to know there price). I was hoping maybe I could save a few bucks which everyone other than the 1% knows is important during these difficult times.

Upon entering the small and quaint shop on Pembina (Winnipeg Manitoba Canada); I was helped by a very friendly man by the name of Amit. Amit knew his stuff and quickly tested the phone right in front of him; so I knew what he was doing while my phone was temporality unlocked. (That was always a concern of mine at the Apple Store.)

Ina couple of minutes after the rigorous testing was complete, I was quoted $210.00 plus tax for the full screen repair. Amit said he could work on it right away and guaranteed it would be done within 30-40 minutes. I told him I’d get back to him and headed back to my truck in the parking lot, ready to call Apple.

When I contacted Apple with the exact same iPhone 12 screen replacement repair request, I was quoted over $500 plus taxes?!?!!!!!

I immediately walked back in to Mission Repair; as all doubt was removed on if I was going to Apple or Amit.

I signed some papers & no pre payment was required; which I noticed and very much appreciated. (I wanted to see their workmanship before paying, like any good consumer would and/or should want)

I went and had some lunch and went back to Mission Repair exactly 45 minutes after leaving the shop. Amit wholeheartedly greeted me upon entry and immediately took out the phone, completed as promised.

The workmanship itself was flawless. I was tickled pink looking at my brand new looking iPhone!! And even pinker knowing I saved myself $300-$400!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Mission Repair for all your repairs and accessories. While waiting the 3 minutes for the quote I noticed they had great phone protectors for as low as $14.66! And they said they can order anything anyone needs in regards to accessaries; so don’t be fooled by the minimal product on display. Just tell Amit what you need and he’ll jump through hoops until you’re a satisfied customer. I guarantee it. He’s extremely passionate and authentic in his customer service approach.

And when you go to Mission Repair for a quote (which is a no brainer if you ask me); ask for the “Jamie Marcel” special and Amit might take off $10.00 like he did for me when I jokingly asked for that exact discount/deal myself! Lol

In closing, i HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know and every single person I don’t to give Amit and the rest of the Ganga chance. I personally guarantee you won’t regret it or I owe you a cookie

Brought my computer in for a memory upgrade with the wrong kind of ram.
