My experience was mixed… I took 3 laptops to Mike, he solved one that has a hard drive problem same day by swapping the hard drive with my Lenovo. He fixed the 2nd laptop after 2 weeks because he had to order the keyboard but didn’t fix the 3rd one (whose hard drive was used) because it was under warranty.
I travelled after a month with the 3rd laptop only to discover it has been emptied; RAM, CD drive, power flex etc taken. I called Mike but he said he didn’t take them.
I had an undeniably good experience with 2 of the laptops that Mike fixed.
Absolutely 5 star service! Mike Literally could not have been more helpful!!
He was knowledgeable, efficient, had perfect communication throughout and really went above and beyond to help me with my external harddrive and fixing the power on my PC.

3 year old laptop was overheating and powering off repeatedly. Went to Mister PC and got the fans fixed in less than 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon for a very good price, and even some tips on how to maintain in the future.
Would recommend to anyone needing prompt local repairs!
