Superb service from Steve, after a PS75 enquiry at Currys PC World, and to be told that after 9 days that Asus refused to take the laptop for repair.
I knew what the issue was with the device but did not have the expertise/tools, spoke to Steve on Thursday, and dropped off the laptop at 8pm, it was ready 2 days later, like brand new.
My girlfriend has shared this information about the repair with her university cohort and they are reassured to use Steve if they require any assistance.
