I rate this organisation extremely highly. For me it has been the best service I have received from anybody in the area. I am a bit of a beginner when it comes to computers and this firm has consistently helped me. I must have been to see them many times for various reasons over the last 4 years – I have always had excellent service, have not always been charged and am not treated as an idiot. I have bought two laptops from them which are still going strong. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I think it makes a big difference when the firm is run by people who have a stake in the business and actually care about their customers. John Martin
I called M&M Computers to ask for a quote to replace the touch screen of my Archos tablet. Immediately I was told it wasn’t worth repairing, even though I had had a quote of PS34.99 from another company. I told them I had already been given a quote but I was told they wouldn’t be able to repair it for that price! Not very impressed!
Brilliant friendly sevice. I rang and explained my laptop problem . The gentleman I spoke to explained how I could solve the issue.
