This place is fantastic, I will definitely come back if I ever have a problem with my phone again. The power button on my iPhone SE has been broken for a while and I knew it was going to be a complicated repair (apparently one of the harder ones to do on an iPhone because the whole phone has to be taken apart). The staff at Mob Doc has been incredibly helpful, they had to replace the broken part twice before it worked correctly (I bought the phone in the US and it looks like the European and American parts are slightly different), but they did manage to fix it and it works like new now. Plus, the person who worked on my phone came back on Sunday to finish fixing it even though they were closed. Cannot thank these guys enough!

I was recommended by a friend to go and get my screen fixed with these guys!! I CAN NOT FAULT THEM! They were absolutely AMAZING! They fixed my phone in record time whilst I waited comfortably! They were so welcoming and friendly, They were very honest and even showed me an error from someone Who had previously fixed my phone! I went to someone to change my battery and was told they had given me a new battery but hadn’t as the Apple Seal was still on! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND These Gentleman. They are so completely horrible people. Say they can do stuff but then lie and laugh in the face of my disabled sister! I’m not happy with their so called customer service. I wanted my tablet fixed as they had arranged it when I was on holiday just last week and said they ordered a screen and to drop it off Monday (today). Why is it to so hard to tell the freakin truth and to respect the disabled?! I’m so angry! I’m going to ensure that’s its more than just this review expressing this, I’m going all over social media and so much more! Screw you Mob Doc!
