I cannot give Khurram a high enough rating. My first time dealing with him but I can fully recommend. I left a Tablet in to have a new Charging Port fitted. Unfortunately when he tried to remove the screen it cracked and due to its age it was not worth replacing. To my surprise and delight Khurram presented me with a refurbished Tablet identical to my old one. He only charged me the price he had quoted to fit a new Charging Port, because he said it was his fault cracking the screen. Now that’s what I call Top Customer support. To me this is the ultimate in Customer care and therefore I would recommend Mobi-Tec to anyone
Had a problem with my IPhone and called in this morning (10 June) without appointment.
The problem was sorted within 30 minutes and a full explanation provided as to what was causing it.
Also had new screen cover and phone wallet fitted.
The owner of this business was a pleasure to deal with and charge for repair was very reasonable.
