Would not recommend.

We had our iPad screen repaired by Mobi recently at a cost of nearly PS100. After 1 month of having this repair work undertaken the screen had cracked once again near the corner. We realised the glass used was extremely thin and of low quality so we took the iPad back to Mobi to see what could be done. Before we could finish explaining to the man behind the counter that the iPad had cracked once again and that the damage hadn’t been caused by impact, he became extremely aggressive, banging the table and shouted at my wife accusing her that we must have dropped the iPad to create the crack and that all his products were high quality. Whilst remaining calm we try to show him the low quality thin glass that had been installed to the iPad, he asked us to leave his shop, continuing to shout and swear. Extremely upsetting and low quality customer service, I advise you all to stay well clear.

After purchasing a phone cover just before Christmas, it started fraying and perished at the edges and becaurme really poor looking. I went back to get either a replacement or refund but the owner refused making some comment about its cost. I tried to point out to him the sale of goods act 2015 and the fact the cover was not of a merchantable quality but this had no effect as the guy obviously knew nothing about this act. So I have to now take the trouble to inform trading Standards and also to involve my Solicitor when a simple exchange or refund would have been adequate. Selling shoddy goods needs to be prevented.

Great service from friendly and efficient Mobi mobile phone repairer. iPhone SE on/off button stopped working and the non operational phone became stuck in repetitive restart mode. Repairer inspected device the device internally and confirmed the problem was the on/off button/wiring causing the continuous restarts and replaced the on/off button and associated wiring. Took the phone in late yesterday afternoon and the phone was fixed by 11.30am this morning at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
