My dad (84) went into this store last week as his very old Nokia phone wasn’t working. The sales guy advised him that the battery was very old and wasn’t holding its charge so he sold him another phone. I switched the old phone on a couple of days later and it worked fine, my guess is he had switched it off by mistake and didn’t know how to switch it on again. The battery charge had lasted at least 2 days. His old SIM card was too big for the new phone so couldn’t be swapped over to the new phone and they sold him a new one with a new number. They must have broken the card holder on the SIM 1 port as it was bent and put the SIM card in the SIM 2 port. I discovered this after I had tried to take it back the day before only to be told that as the packet was opened they could only offer me PS15 refund. The phone cost PS45!! I then challenged them the next day about the broken SIM card cover and they said that it wasn’t damaged when it was sold. Looking at other 1 star reviews it looks like damage has been caused by staff during repairs and the customer is unaware at the time. They obviously have policies in place but they also have salesmen who take advantage of the tech abilities of the elderly. Maybe a good shop for phone cases but definitely not for phones or repairs it seems. The same phone across the road at the Vodafone shop would have cost him PS20!! He only went in there to ask what the matter was with his phone as it wasn’t working and all it needed was to be switched on. A new battery would have cost him between PS5 and PS10 on Amazon if that’s what it needed

Phone screen replacement – Very friendly staff who clearly explained my options and didn’t pressure me into the expensive option. We walked in and immediately were seen and they able to do a fast repair straight away. Would recommend this store for anyone needing a phone repair.

Just over a month had my iPhone 14 Pro back glass replaced and it’s already smashed, upon further inspection the back wasn’t even put on with the proper adhesive, they’ve cheaply used double sided tape. Not exactly cheap at PS85 to last a month.
