Maybe I’m writing this because I’m a bit miffed or because what I’m about to say may just have some truth to it. Been into this shop twice to try and sell my S24 Ultra in absolutely perfect condition and twice I’ve been fobbed off and said “well give you a call” to let me know if they were going to buy the device off me. I had asked for current market value of what the phone would cost if you’d brought it outright from another second hand retailer, However coincidentally they only really buy Apple products, Regardless of what’s popular or what’s not there’s a mixture of people who prefer apple and who prefer Android. I like to try and support local businesses but after this I won’t be supporting them anymore, I’m sorry to have to write this review however after no contact and having to explore other avenues to sell my device, I didn’t have a choice.

I sold my old phone at this shop, and not only did they offer me a fair price, but they also gave me a fantastic discount on a newer model that I was eyeing. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I walked out with a great deal on a phone that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop for both selling and buying phones!
