Such a rude and arrogant customer service today by an Asian guy !. Repaired the phone screen two months back here and the phone has fell down recently and unable to close the display board . Although I have used the phone for 5 years and has fallen multiple times it has never happened like this . Took to the shop to show what happened, the guys in the shop was very carefree and sassy . Although mentioning you are being very rude and arrogant, still continuing the same without any change . And didn’t even have the courtesy to check the phone . Repairing the phone here is a 100% risk and never waste your money.

I definitively would not recommend fixing your phone or any devices you have with this kiosk. They do not do.a professional job and leave your phone prone to many glitches and internal damage, for which they will not repair without a fee. In other words, they’re scammers. Tech Tronix around the corner is a far better option. Regret ever giving this rubbish kiosk my business when they can’t even take accountability for the rubbish work they do
i’ve just been there today at mobile bitz and i have to say jawad and ishtiaq are the best and quickest. they are well stocked in cases and screen protectors, the only place i found both case and screen protector for my new note 20 ultra.
