I recently had my iPhone 11 repaired at Mobilebitz Staines, and I am very happy with the service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring my phone was fixed promptly and efficiently. To my delight, they also provided a free tempered glass for my phone, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, the customer service and quality of the repair were outstanding. Had a phone screen replaced which was a good experience. I then cracked it again so returned back a few weeks later, this time purchasing the screen protector. 2 weeks later the screen cracked again from being in my handbag, this time it was clear the screen and protector was inadequate. 3 screen replacements in 6 weeks when I’ve never had to replace it in the years I had the phone before. Poor quality.
Went in and asked for a new iPhone screen paid PS30 last month, the man obviously makes up his own prices as this week I broke it again and he tried charging me PS50 until I kicked up a fuss. I spoke to his manager last week and he was angry as the employee often asks for cash only so is therefore making a. Profit for himself. Shocking service and a rip off from an I’m untrustworthy liar.
