I would give this place no stars if I could. I booked an appointment online to fix my screen later on that day and received no contact to say this wasn’t going to be possible. When I arrived the lady asked if I could come back tomorrow at 10 am. I told her I couldn’t as I was going away and needed it done today as per my appointment. She told me to come back in 70 minutes. We waited around and came back at the time she said and when we arrived there was no change to my phone and she told me she couldn’t do it as the only screen they had to fix mine was damaged. The next day a guy called me to ask if I was going to bring it in. Clearly the women was unable to do the fix and just didn’t want to be honest about it or let me know 6 hours earlier when I booked the appointment!

I spent PS65 putting a new screen on my daughters iPhone, left the shop and initially it looked fine. When I got home I noticed that the screen doesn’t fit the phone correctly and a screw at the bottom of the phone that holds the screen in place was missing . I took the phone back to have this issue corrected and was told that I should have checked the phone so it isn’t their issue. The advisor that I dealt with (face to face and over the phone) couldn’t have been more rude and dismissive. Horrendous customer service, would not recommend and will not be returning.

HONESTLY DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP/FRANCHISE – WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

I got my phone fixed by these guys and have had to come back three times as the screen they fitted stopped working. I have now got home and the screen has gone again – did not want them anywhere near my IPHONE X again so went to my local repair shop and they cannot believe what a horrific job they have done on my repair on my scree. Have taken screws out of the phone and other bits- repair man has never seen anything like it.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE – REFUSING A REFUND.
