Appalling service.
In a panic I took my phone in as it would not turn on after what i believe had been a full charge! I need to keep in touch with my elderly mother as she depends on me. So I took it for a speedy repair. I was quoted 2-3 hours to repair for a cost of PS80. This was delivered as promised. the following day, the same happened and it turns out all I needed was new charger. I take full responsibility that I should have done more thorough checks before I took it in and feel really foolish . Never the less I find it despicable that they took advantage of my ignorance and panic and charged me for a repair that was not necessary and I now believe all they did was charge my phone!?!?

AVOID!!! Took my mothers phone in January to change the screen, changed the screen within 5 minutes, charged me PS50. Just over 3 months down the line the screen goes black again, took it back and told “there is only 1 month warranty on screens”…said he would test it for me so i went away and came back 5 minutes later, shows me the phone fully working with a new screen on, told me “it’s the screen, you will need to buy another one for PS45”. Needless to say i told him no and to put the broken one back on, obviously buying cheap parts that last just past his “1 month warranty”. I will buy a screen online (PS10-20) and fit it myself, 5 minute job, con merchant.

Took 2 ipads to be fixed…told it’d take be done in a couple of hours and told I’d be phoned once they were fixed. However I received no phonecalls and had to keep phoning to find out why they weren’t complete. Both ipads were left with scratches and marks all round the edges where he’d removed the old screens, both new screens had bits underneath them and cracked within one day.
Advice: Avoid this fraudster
