We sat down in front of the computer and I explained to Justin what my problem was. As Justin configured the necessary adjustments to my computer on my keyboard, he explained to me what he was doing and resolved my problems. I had previously had a negative service experience with a store and to have Justin’s professional and friendly service resolve the many faults on my desktop was fantastic. Justin is Microsoft certified.
It took about an hour to resolve all the issues and his fees surprised me as I was expecting to pay a lot more.

Justin was a fantastic help. I had a new issue with my laptop connecting to my wifi right when I needed it most for study. Justin came by the next day and sorted it in under an hour. He was friendly, professional and arrived on time. He had really reasonable fees and was able to explain the problem to me to get me up and running right away. Highly recommend Justin.
