Shocker of an experience – my iPad was given for replacement of screen and subsequently received several call the following day that it is ready for pickup. Having gone there to pickup, the actual issue remained unresolved and I am glad I got it verified before I took it home, the guy told me “it was working before” and had to be sent back to the head office and should be ready in 2 days.

I have waited for couple of weeks expecting a call to go pick up but no one has contacted and having been worried, contacted the store asking where the iPad is and the guy who picked up the phone today few minutes ago says they still haven’t received it and will call in 10 minutes and that should be fine.

I insisted it “was not fine” as I was operating without the device at work with no follow up from them for several days. He says ” you can argue with me for several hours” and hangs up the phone on me.

After 10 minutes, he calls me back to advise that it would take another few days to get the iPad repaired and I have acknowledged and informed him that it was very rude of him to hang up on me during the conversation few minutes ago to which he says you are “just making this up” – shocker of an experience for someone to treat and use the language that was used in a confrontational manner and he would even go to the extent of arrogance saying you are welcome to write to the area manager and if I have all the details to do so…..SHOCKER !!!!

Brought a refurbished phone in January and have had numerous issues with this phone mainly with the battery’s being replaced every 2-4months. The last straw was my iPhone 11 saying it’s not 3G compatible by Telstra and Telechoice . I went to the Apple Store and have confirmed with numerous sources that this phone is not compatible with 4G as it was actually from the USA and they refurbished with parts that aren’t genuine. When I went into the mobile express, They said I was ill informed and everyone is lying to me and they had a previous customer come in with the same issue, and that apple just want me to leave there store and wait till august 31st then come back if it still isn’t working. They also said the phone is fine when apple have run a diagnostics and it says that my system stability has failed which I showed to them. When I asked about the battery they blamed me for overcharging. When I asked for a refund they said can’t do it because the manager isn’t in and I’m out of warranty. Highly encourage people to stay away from this service. Going to the ACCC to escalate further.

Last week I took my phone for repair as the back cover was coming unstuck. The technician re-glued the phone, said that it was fixed, and I paid. Almost immediately I noticed the cover was again coming unstuck. Today I went back and showed the young lady who was serving. She immediately took an aggressive stance, interrupting me and telling me it was my fault because of the type of protective case the phone was in and that it would keep happening. I was told none of this the week before. When I said that means that I wasted my money getting it fixed, she agreed. In the end, she ignored me to serve another customer.
Customer service was, first of all, misleading, and then non-existent when I went back. Will never use them again and will never recommend them.
