I went here for a quote to fix my screen that had a crack from top to bottom. Despite the 30 min fix ad they have, It took 2 days to fix because they had to take it to the head office. One i got it back, my phone was laggy and the screen itself couldn’t recognise a lot of touch features. I went back and they said they would send it to head office to fix. Took 1.5 weeks to get back to me and they could not fix it. I originally paid $280 for my screen to be fixed but ended up with a malfunctioning phone. I still had to pay $60 of ‘labour costs’.
Long story short, I paid $60 for not having a phone for 2 weeks. Still the same cracked screen with the added bonus if sensors not working.
Go elsewhere with real reviews – avoid here at all cost!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve never had the back of a phone crack ever!!! When they replaced my front screen, the guy cracked the back and hoped I wouldn’t notice, got it replaced with a blue back like I wanted, it lasted 6 weeks and cracked from putting it in a phone holder, Ive never dropped it since it was replaced and its always in a case. I’ve had this phone for over a year and I never cracked it, ever before it was replaced. Since I paid $389 for a new screen, my phone has never been the same. They use cheap parts that don’t last. I’m now out of pocket by hundreds and possibility of a new phone. AVOID!!!!!!!
