I had a very unpleasant experience in this shop today.

I took my new Samsung S20 into this shop on Monday 24th June to purchase a screen saver and gel case for it. Screen saver was PS25 and the case was PS9.98, so i paid PS34.98 in total. I went back today 5th July as the adhesive was very visible on the screen.

The shop owner told me the gel case had caused it because it was not compatible with the glass screen saver. I asked him why he had sold it to me if that was the case and he was adamant that I had not bought the gel case from him because he didn’t sell that brand. He repeatedly denied selling me the case although I reminded him that my son had been with me while he fitted the screen and case and that we had chatted about going back again if i needed my data transferred from my old phone.

Today he was basically saying I was lying and had bought the case from somewhere else and it took a phone call to my son before he agreed to sort it.

He did eventually replace the screen saver and i had a different type of case but another customer was in the shop and it was very embarrassing, especially as he kept repeating that i had not bought it from him. At no point did he agree that he had sold me the case and even suggested that I had lifted the edge of the screen saver. He also told me that the new screen saver was not guaranteed and was my responsibility once I left the shop.

Although he eventually sorted it this should never have happened and I should never have been upset and embarrassed like that. Terrible customer service.

Today 16 March 2024 I happened to come across this shop.
I was looking for a case for a Samsung fold 5 which I was about to purchase. Mega expensive…
However after chatting to the owner of the shop he advised about the pitfalls of the fold 5 mainly about the folding crease which will occur in due course.
I found the owner to be honest truthful who went out of his way to put my fears to rest on purchasing a fantastic Samsung phone (S series) . He even transferred all my data across to the new phone.
The shop looks like it only sells phone cases…… Look again..
I recommend this shop.

Sent my iPhone 8 in for a new screen and charging port… price was extremely fair compared to others, and a quick service was provided! Had issues with the phone afterwards, however, the main man himself took the phone back to the lab where he returned it back to us in perfect working order. Would defo recommend, good prices, and a fast process.
