My friend dropped his phone which he uses for business so needed it repaired ASAP.

We got in touch with Mobile Gadgets UK the next day and they were able to let us know quickly if they could do the repair and how much it would cost and they could do it ON THE DAY. They also provided a very detailed breakdown of the cost, time etc.

They gave us a time slot and we met Malik at their Birmingham office where I was offered coffee and waited inside a lovely air conditioned office for the phone to be repaired. Malik kept me updated and was super friendly and polite and fixed the phone very quickly and professionally. He even showed me a video of the repair process.

Easy card payment, a very reasonable price and in and out in an hour. Truely a seamless experience, local to Edgbaston, great service, great price, I couldn’t recommend more, far better and easier than the big companies and uses the same authentic parts. Also very responsive on the phone and easy contact, a true pleasure. He even provides a 6 month warranty!

We have always had fantastic and speedy service from mobile gadgets UK. I have now had my phone fixed 3 times and my laptop fixed once, incuding replacement of the entire keyboard. After running diagnostic they will communicate exactly the issue and how we can proceed to fix it. My phone recently got water in it from the sea and overheated in the mexico sun! I had to wait a week to hand it in for repair but they managed to fix it in 2 days despite being extremely water logged! A great job, thank you to mobile gadget UK once again.

Fantastic customer service. Had an iPhone 12 with charging port blocked with dirt so I called in, was provided with either a clean or a charging port replacement and was told that I’d only be charged for the cleaning if it solved the problem. Honesty to its core. I requested assistance asap and got booked in for the next half hour. They offered two locations. Went in, great customer service again and my problem was solved within 30 minutes. PS30 well spent. This company just gained a loyal customer.
